- What's the minimum order quantity?
- It varies by item and it is printed on every product page — most candy and snacks start at 100 units, gift boxes from 50, and the tinned items from 250. The minimum is enforced at the order step rather than discovered later.
- How long does production take, and can you hit my date?
- Tell us the date it has to be in the room, not a lead time. Most domestic printed-wrapper items run 10 to 15 working days from approved artwork; moulded and filled items run longer. We will tell you before you pay whether your date is achievable, including when it is not.
- Which items are made in the USA?
- Most of them, and each product page says so explicitly. It is the usual difference between a three-week lead time and a ten-week one, and for some items it decides whether we can ship at all.
- Is the artwork printed on the food or on the wrapper?
- Depends on the item, and the product page says which. Wrappers, sleeves, tins, boxes and labels take full-colour print. Printing onto the confection itself — chocolate coins, printed candies, cookies — uses edible ink and has tighter artwork limits, so send vector where you can.
- Do you have allergen and ingredient information?
- Yes, per item, from the manufacturer. Ask before ordering if anyone in your audience has an allergy — several lines are produced in facilities that also handle nuts, dairy, soy or wheat, and we will tell you which rather than guess.
- What shelf life should we expect?
- It varies widely: hard candy and jerky are months, baked goods and anything chocolate-dipped are much shorter. We list it per item and we will not ship something that arrives near the end of its life without telling you first.
- Can you ship to multiple addresses?
- Yes. Send a spreadsheet of addresses with quantities and we will quote the split. This is common for remote-team gifting and we would rather price it properly than have you place five orders.
- Why do some products show only one price tier?
- Because that is the only quantity we hold a real quote for. We would rather show one honest number than a made-up discount curve down to a volume we have never priced. Ask for a quote at your quantity and we will get you a real one.
- Can we get a sample before committing?
- Yes, on most items, at cost. For anything going to an event we strongly recommend it — colour on a printed wrapper reads differently in the hand than on a screen.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Purchase orders and Net-30 terms are available for established accounts — apply through the quote form.
- Do you put your own branding on the product or packaging?
- No. Everything ships under your brand, with no Snackmize branding on the products, the wrappers or the outer carton.
